Terms and Conditions: Terms & Conditions - Agents 1) The agents cannot change, amend or replace any pages of the reports ordered from us. Any changes without prior consent from us will tantamount to violating the Terms & Conditions stipulated in this Agency Agreement and we reserve the rights to terminate your Agreement instantly without any recourse. 2) The Top-up on the value/unit will only be effective upon the clearance of your payment made either through depositing the appropriate amount directly into our nominated Bank Account or Approved Credit Card. 3) No refund shall be entertained for keying the wrong personal particulars like name, gender, date, time and place of birth. However, only on special circumstances where the keying errors are genuine, and that we believed that such errors are justified. Upon accepting the genuine errors committed we will credit an equivalent amount in currency/units into your account at our discretion. 4) The agents are not entitled to answer any technical questions raised by the clients since he is not competent to answer it. Any question should be directed to Master Richard Tan at his email: rtan@adestiny.com . 5) The agents shall not use our email addresses or websites for personal use unless it is for promoting our products or services. Any reference made to our email addresses, website or name Richard Tan should be solely for promoting or marketing our products or services. Under no circumstances it can be used to promote or market the agent's personal business or interests or anything unrelated to promote or market our reports available in our website. 6) We shall not hold responsible, indemnify or compensate our agents on any losses or damages caused by him or his agents. We only authorize our agents to distribute our products and services at special rates and we shall not accept any responsibility committed by him/her in his personal capacity such as collecting money, making promises without delivering the reports ordered or services rendered. Our appointed agents are solely authorized to promote and market our products and services only and not for any other purposes. 7) We shall not hold responsible for any infringements pertaining on any copyrights, misrepresentations, wrongdoings, other commitments on his personal capacity in financial or undertakings. Our agent shall be held personally responsible on any matters outside our responsibility as stated in the terms & conditions therein. Our responsibility is restricted to deliver the report ordered from us upon payment received or has sufficient credit points in his account maintained with us. 8) Any collections of monies without delivering any reports ordered are solely the responsibility of our agent and any legal suit and disputes are solely between the agent and his customers. We only supply the reports to him when paid or has sufficient credit points in his account maintained with us. 9) The agent has to inform us 30 days in advance if he/she intends to terminate the Agent Agreement with us. We shall only make a refund within 30 days after we were informed through registered mail or email. A deduction of administrative charges of USD 20 will be made. The refund will be made in USD as requested and the rate is converted by the prevailing USD exchange rates fixed by our local bank at the date purchased or reimbursed. In the case of any payment made through credit cards we shall made a refund through the same credit card after deducting the 5% and other administration charges made by the credit card.
